Our Experience - Sint Maarten Island Private Tours
If you're visiting Sint Maarten for the first time, we can't think of a better way to get acquainted with the island than with a private island tour. Our guide, Kasia, drove us all around both the Dutch and French sides while sharing local history, culture, and insights that we'd never have discovered on our own.
The tour included visits to colorful towns, scenic viewpoints overlooking the Caribbean, relaxing stops at Orient Beach, and even a visit to Parotte Ville. Along the way we also enjoyed a delicious traditional island lunch, adding another authentic local experience to an already memorable day.
Because the tour was private, we never felt rushed. There was plenty of time to ask questions, take photos, and enjoy each stop before continuing around the island.
We especially recommend taking this tour early in your vacation. It gave us an excellent orientation to Sint Maarten and helped us decide which areas we wanted to revisit later during the rest of our trip.
