Our Visit to the Gardens of Light
Gardens of Light completely transforms the Montréal Botanical Garden into one of the city's most magical nighttime experiences. Thousands of illuminated lanterns and artistic light displays create an atmosphere that feels entirely different from visiting during the day.
We loved wandering through the beautifully lit gardens, especially the stunning Japanese and Chinese Garden sections where reflections danced across the water. Every corner seemed to reveal another colorful display that begged to be photographed.
Even if you've already visited the Botanical Garden during daylight hours, Gardens of Light is worth returning for. The nighttime lighting creates a completely different experience that quickly became one of our favorite attractions in Montreal.
